Juni kurz vor 06:00 Uhr verlasse ich Luzern Richtung Liechtenstein. In 11 Stunden sollte ich wieder zur\u00fcck sein, denn um 18:00 Uhr beginnt auf der exklusiven Seerose prominent stationiert vor dem KKL Luzern den Tourismus Award wo ich mit meiner Frau eingeladen bin.<br\/><br\/>Die Strassen sind frei und wie geplant erreichte ich um 07:30 Uhr im n\u00f6rdlichen Liechtenstein das Startgel\u00e4nde in Bendern. Freundlich werde ich auf dem grossen Parkplatz unmittelbar bei der Fleischfabrik Malbuner eingewiesen. F\u00fcr das Abholen der Startnummer m\u00fcssen die ersten inoffiziellen H\u00f6henmeter geleistet werden, denn die Ausgabe befindet sich in der Kantine der Fabrik, was gleichzeig der h\u00f6chst Punkt des Geb\u00e4udes ist.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Die anschliessende Gep\u00e4ckaufgabe nach Malbun, ans Zielort des Marathons auf 1&#8217;600 m \u00fc.M. erfolgt ebenso reibungslos. Der Himmel ist bedeckt und das Wetter weiss noch nicht genau, was es machen soll. Die Prognosen waren nicht sonderlich gut. Ich entscheide mich spontan f\u00fcr die Sonnencr\u00e8me. Es ist gen\u00fcgend Zeit f\u00fcr ein Warmup mit dem Genuss der prickelnden Atmosph\u00e4re im Startgel\u00e4nde.<br\/><br\/>Je n\u00e4her der Uhrzeiger sich auf 09:00 Uhr zum Startschuss bewegt, je mehr steigt das Adrenalinspiegel in mir. Jetzt erfolgt er. Mit dem Gedankengut nebst den 42 Kilometer noch \u00fcber 1&#8217;800 H\u00f6henmeter zu bew\u00e4ltigen bewegt sich das L\u00e4uferfeld bedacht vorw\u00e4rts mit dem klaren Ziel Malbun zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Die ersten zwei Kilometer f\u00fchren auf der breiten und extra f\u00fcr den Marathon abgesperrten Hauptstrasse Richtung Vaduz. Wir verlassen den Asphalt und es folgt ein Abschnitt durch einen sch\u00f6nen Waldweg bevor wir entlang dem Rhein folgen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Bei Kilometer 10 durchqueren wir das Vaduzer St\u00e4dtle und jetzt geht es das erste Mal richtig bergauf. Durch den alten Dorfteil von Vaduz geht es vorbei an den Weinbergen der Hofkellerei des F\u00fcrsten von Liechtenstein. Doch schon bald hat man nur Augen f\u00fcr das ber\u00fchmte Wahrzeichen Liechtensteins: Schloss Vaduz. Nach diesen ersten visuellen H\u00f6hepunkten f\u00fchrt die Strecke durch den Wald in die Walsergemeinde Triesenberg. Das Wolkenfeld \u00f6ffnete sich inzwischen und trotz rasanter Gewinnung an H\u00f6he macht die Hitze immer mehr zu schaffen. Die perfekt organisierten Verpflegungssposten in regelm\u00e4ssigen Abst\u00e4nden sind jeweils meine Rettung um wieder &#8220;Saft&#8221; und Kraft zu tanken.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Durch die Weiler Frommenhaus und Rotenboden geht es hinauf zum ersten Siedlungspunkt der Walser am Triesenberg nach Masescha. Auf diesem Streckenabschnitt geniesst man einen herrlichen Ausblick ins Rheintal. Das L\u00e4uferfeld mit rund 800 Teilnehmern hat sich inzwischen gut verteilt und auch engere Passagen in Waldabschnitten sind problemlos. Die Natur ist traumhaft und die Strecke inzwischen nur noch auf Naturstrassen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcber das Maiens\u00e4ss Silum laufen wir dem ersten Kulminationspunkt entgegen. Von dort blickt man ins Saminatal mit dem Maiens\u00e4ss Steg und kann die mayest\u00e4tische Bergwelt Liechtensteins geniessen. Abw\u00e4rts l\u00e4uft man dem Ziel des Halbmarathons bei der Kapelle in Steg entgegen. F\u00fcr die Marathonis geht es nun auf den zweiten Streckenteil. Durch das Valorschtal kann man nochmals Kraft tanken f\u00fcr den Aufstieg zum Sass F\u00fcrkle, dem h\u00f6chsten Punkt der Strecke, welcher jetzt durch den seilen abschnitt richtig in die Knie und an die Substanz geht. Zuoberst dann mein erl\u00f6sende Verpflegungsposten.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nun er\u00f6ffnet sich zum ersten Mal der Blick ins Malbuntal. Dort dreht man noch eine \u00abEhrenrunde\u00bb im Tal. und das Gel\u00e4nde ist nochmals leicht coupiert. Ich beginne meine Zielzeit auszurechnen und komme zum Schluss, dass die 5h-Marke knapp zu erreichen ist. Dies motivierte mich derart, dass ich nochmals alles aus mir rauskitzle, ein paar L\u00e4ufer \u00fcberholen kann und erl\u00f6send mit Zielzeit 4:56h die Zielline passiere. Wow, was f\u00fcr ein Lauf. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nach einer wohltuenden Dusche f\u00e4hrt uns ein Shuttle Bus zur\u00fcck ins Startgel\u00e4nde. Die Kurven runter ins Tal scheinen endlos zu sein. P\u00fcnktlich um 17:00 Uhr bin ich wieder zur\u00fcck in Luzern und dem festlichen Abend steht nichts mehr im Wege.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Den Liechtenstein Marathon kann ich aus l\u00e4uferischer und organisatorischer Sicht w\u00e4rmstens empfehlen. Mit den 16 Austragungen ist er einer der traditionsreichsten Marathons. Er hat sich etabliert und ist bis in den Feinheiten perfekt abgestimmt. Den Organisatoren und auch Sponsoren danke ich, dass sie dieses tolle Erlebnis erm\u00f6glichen und ermutige sie in diesem Sinne diese Tradition aufrecht zu erhalten und weiter zu machen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Genau drei Wochen sind es her seit dem Copenhagen Marathon. Meine neue Erkenntnis ist, dass mir pers\u00f6nlich drei Wochen Erholungszeit ausreichen. Es gilt nun die Form \u00fcber die Sommerferien zu halten und ich freue mich auf meine gr\u00f6sste l\u00e4uferische Herausforderung, den Irontrail in Davos, in rund zwei Monaten am 14. August \u00fcber 90 Kilometer und 5&#8217;240 H\u00f6henmeter. Der Startschuss wird um 13:00 Uhr sein und aus Erfahrung rechne ich mit einer Laufzeit von ca. 15h. Somit werde ich wenn die Sonne in Davos langsam wieder aufgeht im Ziel ankommen, so hoffe ich \ud83d\ude09 In der Nacht sich durch das Hochgebierge zu bewegen wird f\u00fcr mich eine ganz neue Herausforderung sein und bei den rund 50 Teilnehmer in meiner Kategorie wird es ein einsames Rennen werden.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-4 is-cropped
