Juni 2017 waren schon eine Woche zuvor sch\u00f6n und warm. Die Vorfreude kann noch so gross sein, wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt nimmt ein Marathonrennen einen anderen Verlauf. So ziehe ich einen Sonnenschutz einem Regenschutz klar vor. Aber eben, es kam gut am besagten Samstag.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Um 06:00 Uhr Morgens verliess ich Luzern Richtung Bendern (Liechtenstein) zum Startgel\u00e4nde, direkt bei der Malbuner Fleischproduktion. Da ich bereits vor zwei Jahren am Liechtensteiner Marathon teilnahm, war die Nervosit\u00e4t was das Zeitmanagement angeht weniger gross, um sicher beim Startschuss um 09:00 Uhr im L\u00e4uferfeld zu stehen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Vor allem freute ich mich Beni wieder zu treffen, nach unserem gemeinsamen Laufabenteuer im letzten Sommer am Ultratrail T91 in Davos. Beni nahm im Vorjahr bereits am Liechtensteiner Marathon teil. Der Alpinmarathon im L\u00e4ndle geht \u00fcber die Volle Distanz von 42.195 Meter und hat zus\u00e4tzlich 1&#8217;800 H\u00f6henmeter zu \u00fcberwinden. Also \u00e4hnlich dem Jungfrau Marathon.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Beni lief im Vorjahr knapp unter 5h ein und ich vor zwei Jahren ebenfalls. Wir haben somit die gleiche Pace, was auch schon am Irontrail \u00fcber die 91 Kilometer gleich war. In diesem Jahr haben wir uns das grosse Laufziel den Eiger Ulta gesetzt mit einer Laufdistanz von 101 km und 6&#8217;700 H\u00f6henmeter hoch und gleich viel runter. Der LGT in Liechtenstein war somit f\u00fcr uns eine Art \u00abTrainingslauf\u00bb, um das Material zu testen und die Lange Distanz aufzubauen. F\u00fcr uns war klar, dass wir uns auch ein bisschen schonen m\u00fcssen, da der Eiger Ultra bereits in f\u00fcnf Wochen stattfindet. Eine Zeit unter 5h k\u00f6nnte jedoch am LGT auch diesmal drinnen liegen, wenn wir alles richtig einteilen und konstant dran bleiben. Prim\u00e4r war jedoch wichtig unverletzt anzukommen, resp. keine Zerrungen, Verstauchungen, Muskelverh\u00e4rtungen einzufangen, da unser Aufbautraining die kommenden Tage gleich weiter gehen muss.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nach 90 Minuten Fahrzeit in Bendern angekommen, nahmen wir gemeinsam unser Startnummer in Empfang und trafen spontan verschiedene Laufkollegen. Diese Welt ist klein und eine eigene, es sind immer alle gut drauf :-). Nach der Gep\u00e4ckaufgabe machten wir uns im Startgel\u00e4nde bereit und um Punkt 09:00 Uhr fiel der Startschuss.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mit einem guten \u00ab5er-Schnitt\u00bb (5 Minuten pro Kilometer) folgen wir dem Weg Richtung Vaduz dem Rhein entlang. Wir hatten uns viel zu erz\u00e4hlen \ud83d\ude42 Der Himmel war mit ein paar Wolken bedeckt, entgegengesetzt der Vorhersage, was uns aber sehr entgegen kam. Es waren somit perfekte Laufbedingungen. Gemeinsam halten wir das Ganze mit der Go Pro fest, was nat\u00fcrlich zu zweit noch viel mehr Spass macht, da wir die Kamera tauschen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Beginn der Steigung Richtung Schloss schalten wir jeweils um vom schnellen Laufschritt in den \u00abRennmodus\u00bb wenn sich der Pfad leicht ebnete. So konnten gleich zu Beginn des Anstieges den 5h Pacemaker L\u00e4ufer distanzieren, waren also gut im Rennen. Bald sahen wir jenen nicht mehr hintern uns, wussten aber, das er uns auf den Fersen bleiben wird und der Vorsprung ein paar Minuten ausmacht.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Beni und ich sein harmonieren auch bei unserem zweiten gemeinsamen Lauf perfekt. Hat einer Mal einen Durchh\u00e4nger baut der andere jenen auf und lenkt von Gedanken der Ersch\u00f6pften ab. Da es am Vortag regnete, war der Weg durch den Wald ein paar Grad k\u00fchler, was den Fl\u00fcssigkeitsverlust ertr\u00e4glich machte und nicht zu stark an die Substanz ging.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nach 4 Stunden Laufzeit kamen wir auf die Anh\u00f6he bei Sassf\u00f6rkle und knapp 36 Kilometer waren geschafft. Wir dachten zuerst er reicht locker unter 5 Stunden ins Ziel, aber es wurde dann doch immer enger, da die letzten Anstiege Zeit brauchten. Am Schluss k\u00e4mpften wir dann noch ein bisschen und liefen mit einem Smile in Malbun mit einer Zeit unter 5h durchs Ziel.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-4
